1. License to use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OAlquimista on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. In-app purchases
In the current version, OAlquimista is free and has no in-app purchases. Should paid features be added in the future, all purchases will be processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account; we will not have access to your payment data. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where expressly permitted by law, and not to use OAlquimista for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your data and content
The recipes, photos, categories, and lists you create belong to you. They're stored locally on your device and synced only through your private iCloud. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect (practically nothing).
5. No warranty
OAlquimista is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or operate uninterrupted, including its Apple Intelligence-based import and text recognition features.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use OAlquimista.
7. Product claims
We are solely responsible for OAlquimista and its content. Any claim by you or a third party relating to the app — including product liability, compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer protection — must be directed to us, not to Apple.
8. Third-party intellectual property
We are responsible for investigating, defending, and resolving any third-party claim that OAlquimista or your use of the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
9. Legal compliance
By using OAlquimista, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Termination
You may stop using OAlquimista at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may discontinue the app or specific features with reasonable notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always be updated when that happens.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under local law.
13. Third-party beneficiaries
You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and OAlquimista's developer, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
